How Am I going to fix this?​

My 15 step plan

I don’t have all the answers; no one does. We need a leader who listens to all sides and tries what works, not what partisans say works. I’m a leader willing to stop things that aren’t working. I will hire the best people in various industries to solve these problems 

​1. Prosperity
Currently we are the number 4 economy in the world. Getting to number 3 is very possible with by increasing tourism through marketing and improved safety and crime/homeless reduction, Small Business incentives by allowing first year LLCs to incorporate for free, California has the best outdoors in the world and we have the best national park in the world: Yosemite, we need to market these things better. As well as tech and AI tax incentives to keep building out there future in California, Bring Hollywood back first by cleaning it up and by listening to what studios need to stop leaving California making others countries rich and make Hollywood the motion picture and tourism capital of the world again.

 

2.Homelessness

A. Appoint a homeless czar, who will have broad control and will be able to implement changes immediately not over years.

B.Audit Every Single Homeless improvement office and NGO, over 24 billion spent with almost no oversight and homelessness has only increased.

C. Homeless persons will receive the help they need with state mandated psychiatric care and no more camping in public. Homeless not from California will be sent home.
 

3. Crime
Cities with crime thresholds above 2019 numbers will require State police to augment them until numbers improve. And be at risk for reduction of state funding for local politicians. Criminals will also receive state mandated mental health treatment. Activist judges and parole boards who repeatedly release violent criminals early must be held accountable through proper legal and political channels to protect our communities.

4. Lower Housing costs
Would you believe communist china has no property taxes? Its true! The first rule of communism is no private property. Well in communist china you own your own home and dont pay property taxes. In America you pay property taxes forever and if you cant afford them the state takes your own property from you. Who is this communist in this situation?

 

My immediate plan to address this:

A. Immediate relief to renters by reducing property taxes of landlords that MUST legally be applied to tenants by lowering their rent. Apartment landlords pay millions in property taxes a year, let's shift that to savings for renters. Renter savings will average of $600-$1000 reductions in rent a year.

B. First time home owners are burdened with excessive closing costs and down payments. To help ease that burden I will lower property taxes by 50% for the first 5 years of new home owners to incentivize home ownership.

C. Home owners with one home that have paid property taxes for 25 years will receive a 40% reduction in property taxes on their home yearly.

5. Increase Housing

Currently new builds are burdened by fees either the develop pays that gets added to the housing costs or mello roos yearly fee paid by the new homeowner. This causes headaches for developers and new home owners alike. 

A. I will reduce these fees as low as possible so builders and build and in the mean time...

B. Hybrid impact fee Mello-roo system so developers are incentivized to build.
C. Red tape cutting of CEQA lawsuits on developers. Remove regulations while keeping safety paramount.
 

6. Illegal immigration

Left and right have very different solutions to this, which are both very polarizing. The way through is the middle path.

The original sanctuary city law was written so that if someone here that is here illegally had a crime perpetrated against them they could report that crime without fear of being deported. We want to incentivize catching criminals. Including wage theft of illegal immigrants. Since then sanctuary law has been perverted to include allowing illegal immigrants to stay who have committed a crime, which is insane. Illegal immigrant populations dont want criminals among their populations. To not know that is elitism and you are hurting the populations you think you are protecting.

 

Illegal immigrants that have been in California before 2020 that have been employed and have had a positive contribution to our state may stay. Illegal immigrants that came in the last 4 years when the borders were open must leave and can re-apply if they leave immediately, those that stay and ignore this cannot return.
 

7. Cancel State Tax Scams

A. End the $1.30+ Gas Tax immediately. This is a scam to take money from you and funnel it into programs that have no reasonable end goal.

B. Cancel the High Speed rail scam. No one wants to go to Merced or Bakersfield. Trust me, Ive asked. (they've spent 14 billion so far and another 7 billion is needed, which is roughly the original projected cost from SF to LA)

C. Audit Every single homelessness program
(24 billion+ spent and homelessness has only increased)

8. Fire Management

Long term plan for fire department funding(no more fire season, not dependent on localities that dont understand the need)

9. Voter ID

If you dont have an ID you shouldn't vote anyways. It's racist to think certain races dont have ID's. This isn't partisan.

10. Colleges

Removing accreditation for both Sacramento State University and UCSF for subsidizing bigotry. Other colleges will be put on notice that continue similar behaviors will result in loss of accreditation. Will be explained in future update.​​​

​11. Appoint a traffic czar

Getting anywhere in this state has been an exercise in misery. The average Californian loses 100 hours of time each year due to excessive traffic and $1774 lost per person due to congestion related delays. I will instruct this state to come up with novel solutions to our traffic problems that will make individuals in this state more money by having more time.

​12. Firearms

We have been brainwashed to think guns are partisan. 

heres two quotes on gun ownership from both sides of the political spectrum to prove this.

1. Mao Zedong: “Every Communist must grasp the truth: Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.”

2. Thomas Jefferson: “The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.”

I will also remove the recent state excise tax on firearms and ammo and sunset the roster and allow standard capacity magazines and sunset the supressor ban. Self defense is your right not the government bestowing on you special privileges. I bought my first gun after a possible Mountain Lion almost attacked me on a hike.

 

 

13. State Fiscal Improvement

I will direct the California office of the budget to efficiently look for ways to cut the budget without affecting major services. And, to hold 1% of the yearly budget into bitcoin to increase the states reserves after years of deficit spending. This 1% holding will give the state flexibility to liquidate if needed to address budgetary concerns and in the meantime accrue in size from the increase in bitcoin price.

14. Sunset regulatory provisions

Each regulation must be revoted on every year to see if we even really want them and to remove outdated regulations. I took this idea from Steve Hilton. So credit to him. If you dont choose me then choose him. I want California to win.

15. Appoint a cartel czar

Cartel violence devastates families, especially targeting vulnerable workers forced into dangerous situations. I will create the position of a Cartel Czar to coordinate state efforts with federal, local, and military partners—including Navy SEALs stationed in Coronado—to aggressively disrupt cartel operations and keep Californians safe.
